Clinical findings include: Totally decalcified upper jaw and partially decalcified lower jaw, present teeth have chronic periodontitis, are mobile, there is atrophy and bone loss in the distal segments of the upper and lower jaw. Impaired aesthetics, occlusion and function. Active smoker.
Treatment plan includes: extraction of all teeth, placement of 10 BasalFix immediate basal and compressive (single-unit) dental implants in the maxilla, and 8 BasalFix immediate bicortical dental implants in the mandible, and prosthetics, via laser with GC aesthetic ceramics. Colour A1.
